Popular Musical Theater Mini Series
Defy gravity with this witchy musical theater mini series! Dancers will learn basic jazz/musical theater movement and choreography to match the musical. No recital fee, registration fee, or costume fee!
Attire: Jazz shoes or clean tennis shoes, leggings, and a tshirt or tank top.

Frozen Friends
Back by popular demand!
Get out of the cold and into the dance studio! Join us for Frozen Friends Winter mini series. This is a low commitment ballet/tap combo class with a Frozen theme January 20th-February 13th. There's no registration fee, no costume fees, and no recital fee!
Dancers may borrow shoes! You will receive an email the week leading up to class to confirm your dancers shoe size, with a liability waiver, and more details!
Dance and Movement for Adults
10 classes for $120 or drop in at $15
Hip Hop w/ Misty RasconSmith | Monday’s 8:15-9:15 pm
This class is geared for young adults/teens who love to groove. Bring water, great energy and comfortable shoes.
Yoga w/ Sarah Pruitt | Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 pm
Gran your yoga mat and come join us in our weekly yoga class. All levels welcome!
Tap w/ Courtne Shed-Alexander | Thursdays 7:30-8:30 pm
Great for tappers with some experience to refine skills and get a great workout

High Fitness is performed with no equipment. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes that provide support and bring the energy!! TDC is the only High Fitness location in the area. Don’t miss this awesome workout! We are the only High Fitness location south of Dallas and Fort Worth
